Read this if you want to be your own boss
Everyone thinks you're crazy.
I don't.
Maybe it's an idea nobody else believes in. Maybe it's a business that already exists and you know, watching them do it badly, that you'd do it better.
Either one is a real answer. Brand new or a straight copy of something down the road — I don't care which, and neither does the market.
I build it. Custom website or app, wired to a CRM that texts, calls and emails your leads. Live and taking customers while you're still explaining it to your brother-in-law.
Free. 30 minutes. We find out if you and I are a fit — that's it.
It doesn't have to be original
Copy something that already works. There's room.
Half the people who find this page think they need a brand new idea. You don't. Most of the best small businesses in your town are the fourth or fifth of their kind, run by somebody who just answers the phone and shows up on time.
Cleaning. Stump grinding. Custom pens. Pressure washing. Mobile detailing. Lawn care. Junk removal. Somebody in your market is already doing all of it — and half of them are doing it badly, with a website from 2011 and a voicemail nobody checks.
We live in a world of abundance. There is plenty of room for you to be your own boss and make what you're actually worth. Pick a proven business and out-work the guy who got comfortable, or build a thing nobody's built yet. Who cares which. I'll execute your vision either way.
Things I've been sent, all of them fine answers:
- Cleaning
- Stump grinding
- Custom pens
- Pressure washing
- Mobile detailing
- Lawn care
- Junk removal
- Mobile dog grooming
- Handyman
- Something nobody's built yet
The idea is not the moat. Existing, being findable, and picking up the phone — that's the moat. The first one is my job.
This is a partnership, and it's small on purpose.
My half
Speed. It's the whole specialty.
I get things done yesterday. Not a proposal in two weeks and a mockup in four — the actual thing, built, live, on your domain, in your name. I don't tell you what your business should be. I don't redesign your vision into something I like better. You describe it, I execute it.
Your half
Follow through. That part I can't do for you.
I can hand you a launched brand with the phone ringing. I can't make you answer it. The people this works for are the ones who keep showing up after the shiny part is over. If that's not you, keep your $97 — genuinely, no hard feelings.
Why I take these seriously
I groomed dogs. Twelve months later I was doing $120,000 a month.
I groomed pet dogs and managed a retail store. Two jobs. Kids at home.
Every night after the kids went to bed I sat down at 9pm and worked until 1am on a side hustle — a digital marketing agency. Every day. Nobody was watching, nobody was paying me, and it wasn't glamorous.
Six months in, I quit both jobs to go at it full time.
Six months after that, the business was doing over $120,000 a month.
That's life-changing money, and it started as a thing I did between 9pm and 1am while everyone else was asleep.
So here's what I actually know
The gap between a side hustle and a real business isn't talent or luck. It's whether the thing exists yet — something real people can find, buy from, and get a text back from.
Most ideas never get that far. They die in the part where you don't know where to start, so you don't start.
That part takes me an afternoon. That's the whole reason this exists.
My results are mine. I can't promise you'll do $120k a month — nobody honest can. What I can promise is that your thing will be built, live, and yours.
What you actually get
Your vision, executed. Not my opinion of it.
A completely custom website or app
Not a template with your logo dropped in. Built for your idea, the way you described it, on your own domain.
Unlimited updates
It's custom, so I want you happy with it. Changed your mind on the headline, the offer, the whole page? Send it over. No change orders, no hourly.
Every lead lands somewhere
Forms, intake, booking — all wired up. Leads come to your email, or into a CRM you can actually work.
Launched, not handed over half-done
Domain, hosting, the boring compliance steps. It goes live. That's the deliverable.
The whole price list
Two numbers. No setup fee, no contract.
The build
$97/month
Your idea, live on the internet.
- Completely custom website or app
- Unlimited updates, for as long as you're with me
- Your domain, your accounts, your name on all of it
- Leads emailed straight to you
Apps that use AI need your own API key — you pay that provider directly, usually pennies.
The build + the CRM
Most take this$194/month
Everything above, plus a phone number that works for you.
- Everything in The build
- GoHighLevel CRM — text, call and email your leads from one place
- A registered phone number, handled by our team
- Missed-call text-back set up on day one
- Automatic texts so nobody waits on you
$97 of this is the CRM, plus pay-as-you-go usage. Texts run about a penny — a thousand texts is roughly $10.
Cancel any month. You own the site, the code, the domain, the CRM and the phone number — all in your name.
What you’re thinking right now
Let’s get it out of the way.
- “I don't have the first clue where to start.”
- Perfect. That's the most common opening line I get, and it's not a problem — it's the entire reason you'd hire me. You bring the idea. Knowing where to click is my job.
- “My idea isn't original — somebody already does this.”
- Good. Somebody already proving there's money in it is the best market research you'll ever get for free. Cleaning, stump grinding, custom pens, detailing — pick the one you'd genuinely do better and we'll make you the one that's easy to find and easy to hire.
- “I'm not technical.”
- You don't need to be. You'll never touch a line of code, a DNS record, or a compliance form. You describe what you want in normal words and it shows up built.
- “What if I want to change it later?”
- Change it. Unlimited updates is in the price on purpose. It's a custom site — I'd rather you ask for the tenth revision than quietly stop liking it.
- “What if it doesn't work?”
- Then you're out $97 and you own a live website, which is more than you have right now. Cancel any month. No contract, no exit fee.
- “How fast, really?”
- Speed is the specialty. Most builds go live within days of the call, not months. If yours is bigger than that, I'll tell you on the call — before you pay anything.
- “Who owns it?”
- You. The site, the code, the domain, the CRM account, the phone number. All in your name from day one.
The 30 minutes
Tell me what you want to run.
Brand new, or the business down the road you'd do better. Both belong in this box.
This is a free 30-minute call to find out if we're a fit. It's a small partnership — I don't take everyone, and you shouldn't want me to.
Answer these like you're talking, not applying for a loan. The more honest the answers, the better the call.
Your idea has been free this whole time. That's the problem.
Nothing about it changes until it exists somewhere other than your head. Thirty minutes, no charge, and we'll know.
